Dr. Lingman Sun is certified by National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in the practice of both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine and is licensed in the state of Illinois. Originally from China, Lingman has a long family history in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. She also studied abroad in South Korea and China about the history and new techniques in this field. Currently she is excited to bring these thousand-year-old healing arts to the community to help more and more people.

Dr. Sun has worked with patients with different conditions, including women’s health issues, autoimmune disorders, headaches, neuromusculoskeletal pain and functional issues, sleep and stress disorders, and digestive issues. She truly believes health is a balance and harmony of body, mind, and soul. She is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.

Lingman has lived in the Chanooka area for more than 10 years with her husband, Brian, and two kids, Eva and Ana. In her spare time, Lingman loves to ride bikes with her family. She also enjoys boxing in the local gym, K-fit.
